On 2/11/14 the students in the Firefighter I class that is being hosted here at the " 50 " House had hands-on practicals involving fire hoses. The students rotated through practical stations involving the Minute Man Hose Load, Triple Lay Hose Load, Straight Hose Roll, Donut Roll, Proper Maintance of Fire Hose, and working with the couplings on fire hoses. Students also had donning of thier PPE Drills with tying a knot once they were fully dressed out and breathing air. Was a fantastic night of practicals for all the students in the class.
